RESERVATIONS are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are confirmed by a signed contract and trip deposit. A $ 100 deposit will confirm a reservation for an inshore trip. If your charter should get weathered out, all effort will be made to reschedule another date that is acceptable to you. If your trip cannot be rescheduled, your deposit will be returned. You will be contacted the night before a trip if the weather conditions are unfavorable. A Captain is responsible for the safety of his passengers and crew. Bad weather fishing is not only un-enjoyable, but it is also dangerous.
